We are looking for a highly skilled Social Worker to join a Leaving Care Team.

This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team:

The Leaving Care team are dedicated to supporting young people as they transition from care to independent living, committed to providing guidance, resources, and emotional support to ensure that young people achieve their goals and thrive in their adult lives.

About you:

To be considered for this role you must have experience in LAC or Leaving Care team and have experience working with young people, particularly those in care or leaving care settings.

(Please note this position requires a minimum of 3 years experience post Social Work qualification)
