Executive Chef

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

Location: Phoenix, MD

I am working closely with a country club who renowned for its dedication to providing exceptional culinary experiences for its members.

The golf club promotes innovation while ensuring a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional cuisine that surpasses expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the property's culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and the food quality surpasses customer expectations
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the reputation for culinary excellence
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary expertise and teamwork
• Manage cost controls, forecasting, and inventory management
• Monitor financial targets to ensure they are met or exceeded

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and proficiency in culinary arts, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and mentor a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Ability to create innovative and seasonally appropriate menus that align with the club's culinary standards and member preferences
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs, implement cost-saving measures, and maintain profitability while delivering high-quality cuisine
• consistent food quality, adherence to health and safety regulations, and overall excellence in culinary offerings to enhance member satisfaction and uphold the club's reputation
