Are you a well-established General Manager in the QSR or coffee sector, looking to transition into Operations?

I am working with a major hospitality group that operates hundreds of stores worldwide.

They specialise in multi-brand operations, offering diverse concepts under the same umbrella—from café and bakery pop-ups to grab-and-go kiosks.

They are seeking an Opening General Manager to lead their planned new site openings (NSOs) in the UK, working closely with the Operations Team.

They plan to open 20 new sites in 2025, with 30 more expected the following year.

The ideal candidate for the Opening General Manager role:

• Extensive experience in new site openings is essential.
• Excellent at stock management, budgeting, and P&L control.
• Savvy in compliance, licensing, and regulations surrounding NSOs.
• Committed to recruiting, training, and developing a team.
• Passionate about fantastic food and leading an equally fantastic team.
• Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management of your store, with a focus on achieving long-term profitability goals.
• Experienced in working with contractors and other third parties involved in the building process.
