National Facilities Manager – Chicago, IL – Up to $100k + Bonus

We are working with an international operator of premium entertainment venues who has rapidly expanded since launching its first concept.

With locations in the US and UK, the company specializes in immersive experiences combined with elevated food and beverage offerings.

The Role

As the National Facilities Manager you will be involved in managing the CAFM system, planning and overseeing the capital maintenance budget, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include vendor management, supporting sustainability efforts, and providing ongoing audits and maintenance assessments.

The position also includes coordination with the finance and IT departments, prioritizing critical callouts, and assisting with larger projects and site handovers.

What they are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, ideally in hospitality, with an FM-related qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and building services
• Exceptional communication, management skills, and ability to lead in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities to translate complex requirements into solutions, while maintaining a fun and engaging personality
