Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Independent Prescriber to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and meet the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.


• Prescribe medications independently as per clinical guidelines.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs.

Requirements:

• Valid Independent Prescriber qualification.


• Completion of CPPE Pathways.


• Proficient in using SystmOne.


• Willingness to work onsite in Cheltenham.
