Are you an experienced Accountant with solid knowledge of DATEV and SAP? We have an excellent opportunity for you to manage the financial operations of a well-established European property.

This role is ideal for a professional ready to work independently, reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating with a Group Financial Director and external accounting partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain internal financial controls for income, expenses, and asset management
• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and ensure the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable
• Collaborate with the General Manager to provide regular financial updates and insights
• Approve and oversee the property’s transactions, including payroll, sales, and purchases
• Provide financial analyses to support profitability improvements
• Coordinate with external accounting partners and manage central accounting processes
• Prepare and submit financial reports, forecasts, and budgets in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with financial policies by managing cash flow, credit, and collections
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proficiency in DATEV and SAP
• Fluent in German (C2 level required)
• Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Strong business insight with a proactive, hands-on approach
