Salary: £40,000-£45,000 plus benefits

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand vision
• Manage brand positioning and storytelling, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative and performance-driven campaigns
• Analyse marketing data and insights to optimise campaigns, boost ROI, and track key performance metrics
• Manage a Social Media Executive and partnered agencies

• A proven marketing professional with experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution
• Strong knowledge of the social media landscape and emerging trends
