Restaurant Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Location: Fort Myers, FL

I am working with a client who is a contemporary dining establishment, known for its service and commitment to serving locally sourced ingredients, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a passion for exceptional service to help enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the General Manager with daily restaurant activities
• Managing the front of house team 
• Collaborating with front and back of house team
• Establishing and maintaining team spirit
• Training and supporting staff
• Maintaining brand standards

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably from a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
• Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Strong team leader
