We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager who is passionate about hospitality and has a background in high-end cocktail bars.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the continued success and growth of the company.

About You?

• Wet led/Cocktail oriented background is ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience as an AGM/GM is a MUST for this role
• Strong product knowledge is preferred but a passion to learn is essential
• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue supporting the General Manager
• Experience leading a team and ensuring there is a positive culture
• Excellent communication skills
• Must meet the business targets by creating structured plans with the management team
• Passion for delivering a great guest experience
