Head of Sales & Marketing, High-end London Venue, £65k - £70k

An exciting position has arisen for a Head of Sales & Marketing to join the team at this high end and unique London Venue.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in luxury hospitality who can really drive this site to it’s full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy
• Recruit, train and develop the sales and marketing team
• Guide the strategy for the online presence
• Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
• Prepare and present sales reports
• Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
• Identify new revenue or brand expansion opportunities
• Executing a digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition & retention

Skills & Experience:

• A proven track record in leading sales teams to achieve & exceed targets
• Experienced in creating sales & marketing campaigns from a luxury hospitality background
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
• A creative thinker 
• Confident, well presented and highly professional
