Junior Sous Chef - Gastropub
Join our award-winning rosette country gastro pub as a Junior Sous Chef and help drive culinary excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef passionate about creating exceptional dishes with locally sourced ingredients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Role Highlights:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a quality kitchen environment, ideally with rosette or fine dining experience.
