My client is in search of an exceptional Sous Chef in Kent.

As the Sous Chef, you support a catering team, driving financial growth through effective cost control and culinary excellence.

We are seeking someone with extensive experience in education.

Sous Chef requirements:

• Proven experience in large-scale cooking, catering to 700-2000 students
• Familiarity with following structured recipes in similar settings
• Prior experience in supervising or managing staff
• Background in working with fresh produce and ingredients
