Salary: up to £60,000

I am currently recruiting for Director of Rooms for a luxury hotel in London.

My client is looking for someone who has previous experience working in luxury hotels as a Director of Rooms.

You will be overseeing the FOH team along with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

About the position

• Managing the Front Office team along with Housekeeping and Guest Services
• Support the General Manager
• Lead by example and deliver the best guest experience
• Maximise operational results
• Help with the strategy of a 5 star service

The successful candidate

• Experience at a luxury hotel
• Rooms Division background
• A well organised individual with great communication skills
• A born leader
• Have a strategic mindset along with planning and development
