Overview:
A leading hospitality and catering company delivering exceptional services at iconic venues is seeking an Cost Controller.

This role is essential in supporting financial management, cost control, and operational efficiency to enhance the delivery of outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to improve inventory management and cost control processes.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and ensure timely reporting.
• Train team members on financial procedures and compliance.
• Monitor and manage controllable costs, including labour and stock.
• Resolve supplier queries and assist with invoice processing.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance in Hospitality.
• Progressing towards a recognised accountancy qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
