Salary up to £40,000

• Luxury Boutique Hotel in Bath

Things you will be doing as a Head Bartender:

• Oversee and manage the bar operations


• Train, supervise, and schedule bartending staff


• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons


• Maintain bar inventory and order supplies as needed


• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks


• Design and implement cocktail menus


• Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction


• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Proven work experience as a bartender or head bartender


• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks


• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills


• Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean


• Ability to manage a team
