Linking Humans are currently supporting a client in their search for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Architect to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM modules (SAM, HAM, Orchestration).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Mentor and lead teams to drive technical excellence and deliver complex ITAM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM processes with other ServiceNow modules.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the ITAM architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in ITAM and ServiceNow platform developments.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow ITAM Architect or in a similar architectural role, with hands-on experience in implementing ITAM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of ITAM modules, including Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of ITAM processes and best practices.
• ServiceNow ITAM certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform configurations, scripting, and integrations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integration.
• Previous experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
