We have a fantastic opportunity for a Operations Warehouse Supervisor to join our client in Andover.

This role is paying a salary of between £30,000-£34,000 DOE.



The role is working Monday to Friday, starting at 1pm and finishing at 10pm.


 
Our well-established client specialises in the construction sector and is looking for a Operations Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee their busy warehouse, in Andover.
 
Key responsibilities for this Operations Warehouse Supervisor position role:

- Co-managing the key operational functions of the warehouse
- Overseeing the delivery of stock
- Strict stock control management
- Maintaining compliance to health and safety standards
- Motivating and managing the team to achieve key performance indicators

 Requirements to be considered for this Operations Warehouse Supervisor role:

- Fleet management knowledge (12 months)
- Experience of working within a similar role (12 months)
- Track record of managing warehouse staff and demonstrable people management skills
