Position: Community General Nurse

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £27ph

Responsibilities:

• Performing initial health assessments for patients in their homes, clinics, or community centres.


• Cleaning, dressing wounds, and monitoring for signs of infection.


• Administering medications, including injections and IV treatments, as prescribed.


• Assisting patients with conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or cardiovascular diseases through regular check-ups and counselling.


• Coordinating care plans with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced, valid DBS


• Community experience


• Must have nursing degree.

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
