ServiceNow GRC Architect

Our client is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect solutions for GRC/IRM, VRM, and TPRM within ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver bespoke solutions that address specific business challenges.
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including system integration, workflow customisation, and process optimisation.
• Provide technical leadership, guiding teams on ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and implementation strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in risk management and ServiceNow innovations, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in GRC/IRM, VRM, and TPRM modules.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth understanding of risk management processes, third-party assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive approach, passionate about delivering business value and driving platform excellence.
