Care Assistant
A local premier care home is now looking for a Care Assistant (HCA) to join them not far from Witney, supporting excellent elderly and dementia care in a highly luxurious setting.
The home is currently rated “Good” in all areas and comes under the leadership of one of the UK’s Top 20 Care Home Groups in both quality of care and quality of life.
The team works hard to foster a strong sense of comfort and community, and residents are encouraged to retain life skills through their hobbies and interests with a wealth of entertainment options – including day trips, arts, crafts and music, and an array of interesting visitors – to choose from every day.
As a Care Assistant, you will join the team in assisting with daily living activities and providing direct support and companionship, enabling residents to live well and as independently as possible in a safe and caring place.

This is a permanent Care Assistant position with a mixed shift pattern, ideally full-time but part-time can be considered.
Person specification:
- (Essential) Some previous experience as a Care Assistant for older people
- (Essential) A compassionate approach and willingness to help with personal care tasks
- (Desirable) Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
