Are you passionate about supporting people to live their best lives? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Support Worker at our day centre in Washington.
We provide essential care for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health and behavioural support needs.

The Role: As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a compassionate team delivering person-centred care.
Your role includes:
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living skills
- Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and make informed choices
- Building strong relationships with customers and their families
- Contributing to care plans and ensuring all needs are met in a respectful and empowering way
- Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!

- Treat customers, families, and colleagues with dignity, respect, and empathy
- Demonstrate compassion in all aspects of care
- Be flexible with your approach to work and willing to support individuals with a range of needs
- Have a positive, enabling outlook with a genuine desire to go the extra mile
Experience isn't always necessary, but training in areas like Safe Handling of Medication, Moving & Assisting, or First Aid is a bonus.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM
