The Head Chef will play a pivotal role in driving the restaurant's success, from menu development to leading a dedicated kitchen team.

This project offers the opportunity to make a name for yourself within an exciting, stylish venue that blends elegant dining with a vibrant cocktail bar experience.

The Restaurant

• A 60-cover dining room offering elevated Modern British cuisine.
• A 12–15 cover private dining room for bespoke culinary experiences.
• A lively cocktail-focused bar with seating for 30.
• Scandinavian-inspired interiors, exuding warmth and sophistication.

What We Are Looking For

• A talented Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Proven experience in creating and executing Modern British cuisine at a high standard.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a brigade of 8 chefs.
• Strong organisational capabilities to oversee menu development, ordering, and team training.
• Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
• A track record of longevity and dedication in previous roles.
