Conveyancer

Our client, a firm based in Burton upon Trent, are looking to hire a Residential Conveyancer to join their team, ideally qualified through either Solicitor, CILEX or CLC.
 
This role will involve handling a varied Residential Caseload so prior experience handling your own files is essential for this position.

The role is available due to expansion as the team is very busy at the moment so there will be a caseload to walk into.

The caseload will include sale, purchase, freehold, leasehold and much more.
 
The vacancy is open to qualified Conveyancers at various levels from NQ up to Senior and there is a competitive salary on offer that is dependent on level of experience.

It is based in Burton upon Trent and will be office based.
