Job Title: Flexible New Build Conveyancer
Location: Liverpool, Up to 3 Days Working from Home
Salary: Up to £32,000

We’re recruiting for a forward-thinking firm seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer to join their team.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in new build transactions and can step into a fee earner’s role when needed, this could be your next career move.

The Role:

- Manage new build property transactions independently at any part of the process.
- Provide expert advice to clients and colleagues.
- Liaise with developers and third parties to progress cases.

About You:

- Minimum of 2 years’ new build conveyancing experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
