ServiceNow Senior Project Manager

The Role:

Our client, a leading ServiceNow Partner is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager to lead program implementation, manage operations, and deliver successful ServiceNow projects.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project goals, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support program implementation and manage day-to-day project operations.


  • Tailor industry best practices to suit business environments.


  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and deliver measurable value.


  • Track financials, review agreements, and manage project documentation.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.


  • Organise workflows, set performance goals, and delegate tasks effectively.


  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


About You:



  • PMP Certification required.

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.

  • Agile/Scrum Master Certification required.


  • Solid ServiceNow experience, leading implementations from start to finish.


  • Must have a sold understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.


  • Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.


  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.


  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
