We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a vibrant and dynamic kitchen delivering Mediterranean-inspired small plates and sharing dishes.

The Sous Chef They Are Looking For
- A highly organized Sous Chef with strong experience managing teams, stock control, and rota planning.
- Calm, focused, and hardworking, with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about fresh ingredients, whole carcass utilization, and Mediterranean flavours.
- Experience with open-fire cooking and sauces is highly desirable.
- Able to lead by example, fostering a positive team dynamic.
