Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £27ph + sign up bonus!

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for managing a small caseload in the community.


• Take detailed notes of each patient visit, liaise with colleagues & other services when required.


• Conduct risk assessments for self-harm, harm to others, or vulnerability to exploitation.


• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS


• Must have a Mental Health Nursing degree.


• Community experience IS NOT required.


• Must have 6 months post qualification experience.

Rate Breakdown:
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
