The firm are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on a permanent role within their Residential Conveyancing department.

This position is ideal for qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers ready to manage a varied and fast-paced caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of cases, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and shared equity matters.
• Provide exceptional client care and maintain consistent communication while achieving billing targets.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating expertise in managing volume cases.
• Mentor and train junior team members while conducting file reviews.
• Build and foster relationships with local agents, brokers, and referrers.
• Utilise case management software effectively (training provided).

Potential for Growth: 

For candidates with the right experience, this role could include the designation of office lead for the Bridgend location, offering further opportunities for leadership and development.

• A minimum of 4 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
• Ability to work on-site in Bridgend at least 4 days a week.
• Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a proven track record of success in Residential Conveyancing.
• Experience introducing referrers would be an advantage.
