Job Purpose

I am seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Finance Administrator to join the Finance team of our Local Authority client based in Blackburn.

The Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work on the Exchequer Team, posting income and processing orders.

This role is predominantly data input which requires speed and accuracy.

Ideally the successful applicant will have worked in a Financial Administrative role previously.
