Civil Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling Law Firm based in Greater Manchester.

They are looking for an Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Dealing with complex and non-routine cases exercising appropriate levels of delegation and risk management


• Assessing and vetting potential new claims


• Handling a broad range of disputes including property disputes, debt recovery, commercial disputes, employment and contract law

About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• 2 years PQE in Civil Litigation with a strong knowledge in Dispute resolution.


• Good written and oral communication skills


• Able to work under pressure and manage litigated cases.
