As an Sales Appointment Setter, you'll be the voice of Markyate Precision Machining, engaging potential clients and showcasing how their services can transform clients operations.

Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make a minimum of 15 outbound dials/hour, introducing services.
  • Secure 2 qualified appointments per week for the Managing Director or Chairman (via Microsoft Teams or in-person).
  • Accurately log every interaction in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain a detailed prospect database.
  • Send follow-up emails and coordinate further communications.
  • Contribute ideas to refine and improve the sales process.
  • Actively participate in weekly feedback and training sessions.

What Success Looks Like:


  • 15 calls/hour: You're a master of managing time and maximising outreach.
  • 2 qualified appointments/week: Your knack for building rapport shines through.
  • CRM Excellence: A meticulously maintained and updated database.
  • Continuous Growth: Each week, you're improving conversion rates and adding value to the team.
