Event Sales Executive, 4 Star Hotel, £35k + Bonus

Our client is looking for an Event Sales Executive to join one of their hotels based in London.

The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries for large conferences and events as well as event planning ensuring all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle large event enquiries and convert into confirmed bookings
• Contracting and rate negotiation
• Detailed planning and coordination of each event 
• Create function sheets to ensure smooth handover to operations
• Attend site visits, tastings, and meetings 

What do we require from you?

• Must have large scale event sales experience from a hotel background
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Proactive, enthusiastic and friendly
• Results orientated
