You'll report to the Finance Manager and work alongside real estate, asset management, and development teams.

This newly created role offers a unique blend of hands-on financial responsibilities and cross-departmental exposure, making it ideal for someone passionate, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: €3,000 + gross per month + 8% holiday allowance.
• Transportation: €0.21 per km (if driving) or 100% reimbursement for public transport.
• Location: Office-based in Amsterdam, with an upcoming relocation even closer to the city center.
• Learning & Development: Receive mentorship from an experienced Finance Manager and gain insights across multiple sectors, including hospitality, real estate, and development.

• Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end financial statements for hotels and various projects.
• Administration: Support day-to-day financial tasks, such as bookkeeping and invoice processing.

• Problem-Solving: Engage in finance and development projects with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Learning Opportunity: Be mentored by the Finance Manager to grow your financial expertise.
• Data Analysis: Use Excel to provide insights and support team reporting.

• 1-2 years of experience in finance, ideally within the hospitality industry or a transferable operational role.
• A basic understanding of financial operations with a strong passion for learning more about real estate and development.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam.
