We are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager from a volume dining outlet to join this dynamic team in Birmingham in a wonderful luxury 4

* hotel.

You need to have restaurant / bar experience with focus on customer service as well as a real passion for developing your team and implementing new standards.

KEY POINTS

• Operational and financial management of the Restaurant
• Knowledge of all F&B Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health, sanitation standards and menu planning
• Strong leadership skills with focus on team’s development, training and progression
• Ability to assess quality control and adherence to service standards
• Commercially savvy (Offers; trends and competition; etc)
• Ability to analyse and present financial information (Budgets, kpi’s, cost control, etc)
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving covers to the restaurant
• Displays comprehensive computer skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a restaurant
