The Role

• Oversee the creation and execution of diverse, high-quality menus across multiple concepts, showcasing expertise in a variety of cuisines while maintaining the brand’s creative and elevated standards
• Lead and mentor culinary teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and service while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Manage kitchen operations, including cost control, supplier relationships, and compliance with health and safety standards, while supporting the seamless execution of unique dining experiences

What they are looking for:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Corporate Executive Chef, with a strong track record of leading culinary teams and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
• Extensive knowledge of a wide range of cuisines and the ability to create innovative menus tailored to various concepts and audiences
• Experience in cost control, supplier management, and implementing culinary strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth
