Requirements:

• Experienced in preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and cosmetic improvements, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Confident in using power tools and maintenance equipment, including performing installations.
• Meticulous and focused on delivering high-quality finishes.
• Physically fit and capable of handling physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete regular maintenance and preventative care to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
• Repair studio equipment and decorative elements as needed.
• Address urgent maintenance issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist with inventory checks, daily cleaning inspections, and coordinating external contractors for major repairs.
