Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and continuous performance management.
• Lead diversity, equality, and inclusion practices.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: 3-5 years in HR, with strong knowledge of employee relations, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Qualifications: Degree in HRM, Psychology, or a related field, with fluency in English.
• Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
