Residential Conveyancer

A well-Established high street Law firm is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their property department at their offices near Aston-Under-Lyne.

To be successful in this Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner role you must have minimum of 2yrs current experience working as a Residential Conveyancer handling your own caseload.

Due to the reputation and demands of residential property, this growing firm has an immediate start available for a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful property team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years previous experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own caseload from start to finish.

 Experience dealing with a freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered titles is desirable.
