Service Care Solutions are working with an established client to recruit a Locum Clinical Pharmacist.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join their MDT on a locum basis, offering up to full-time employment, until March 2025.

Pay: £40 LTD p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus
System: EMIS
Contract: Locum | Full-Time

Job Duties:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide a combination of face-to-face clinical reviews with patients, and desk-based activities, including prescription management, prescribing, clinical audits and medicines reconciliation.

You will be supported by the Lead Pharmacist, and will have the opportunity to work with the Practice Team to Manage Chronic Disease and provide clinical medication reviews.
