We are hiring a Sous Chef for an award-winning Gastro Pub in Northamptonshire! As a Sous Chef, you will be crafting seasonal, fresh dishes while working with local suppliers, including mushroom foragers, honey producers, artisan butchers, and local growers.

This sustainable Gastro Pub has an outstanding reputation and is searching for a Sous Chef who can bring creativity and innovation to the kitchen in Northamptonshire.

What they Offer:

• Up to £35,000 plus tronc
• Expect tronc – Up to £6,000

What We are Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Sous Chef within a fresh-food and restaurant environment.
• Good longevity and commitment within previous roles.
• Some events and banqueting experience is a plus!
