* Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist, Architect, Architectural Technician within the residential sector.


* Possess 3 - 4 years' experience in an architectural practice.


* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.


* AutoCAD skills and Revit knowledge would be preferred.


* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
