What you will do:

• Implement preventive maintenance and address issues promptly.
• Develop health and safety protocols and support production activities.

• Experience in facilities management, preferably in creative or technical settings.
• Good knowledge of PPM, HVAC BMS
• Hands on professional with the ability to perform basic plumbing electric and day to day maintenance
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and building compliance.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work with diverse teams.
