Chef de Partie – Contracts-Monday to Friday  Basildon – 34K

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Chef de Partie to join a high-volume kitchen in Basildon.

This role is ideal for a skilled and creative chef looking to be part of a dynamic team, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast (300 covers) and lunch (300 covers) daily
• Work as part of a seven-person team in a well-structured kitchen
• Involved in menu planning, food prep, hygiene compliance, and occasional customer-facing service
• Maintain health and safety standards and contribute to innovative menu ideas

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + sign-on bonus
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven CDP experience in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
• Creativity and passion for fresh, seasonal food
• Strong culinary skills and menu planning experience
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Driver’s license required due to location
