We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage and elevate the culinary standards across three distinct restaurant outlets.

About the position

• Oversee all culinary operations for the resort
• Lead and inspire a team of chefs to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage both volume dining and large-scale banqueting operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Use your expertise to create innovative, seasonal menus that highlight premium ingredients.
• Develop junior chefs through training, mentoring, and strong operational control over kitchen processes.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive success across all outlets.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef.
