Events, Team Lead – USA Remote, West Coast Hours – Up to $70k + Bonus

The Role

You will provide outstanding support to key clients, the General Manager, and the Events team while fostering strong cross-department relationships.

Focus on driving revenue growth across all event offerings while delivering valuable market insights and ensuring high ROI for clients.

What they are looking for:

• Must be based in the USA with full working rights.
  
  Willing to work PST hours
• Proven experience leading teams and at least 3+ years in event planning
• Strong proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and 2+ years using Cvent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and problem-solving independently
• Ability to think independently, troubleshoot challenges, and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism
