Assistant Beach Manager – Punta-Cana, DR – Up to $1,500 per month

Our client, is a 5-star hotel renowned for its luxurious atmosphere and world-class service.

As Assistant Beach Manager, you’ll ensure a seamless beach and lounge experience, overseeing service and operations to provide guests with a top-tier experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a dynamic team in a stunning beachfront setting.

What they are looking for:

• Previous experience in beach or poolside operations, with a strong focus on guest service and hospitality.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-energy environment.
• Experience in coordinating events or activities, ideally in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Experience in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is an asset, with an understanding of guest expectations in a beachfront setting.
