As Banqueting Manager, you’ll oversee seamless banquet and event operations, ensuring every function runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale banquets, events, and catering operations in a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to coordinate events and ensure flawless execution.
• Experience in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is a strong asset, bringing familiarity with the unique demands of such locations.
