The Role

Develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with company policies while addressing the specific needs of the Houston division.

Oversee talent acquisition, training, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance, workplace well-being, and a strong company culture.

What they are looking for:

• Demonstrated success in a senior HR role, preferably as a VP or Director, with a track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
• Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management within a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• In-depth understanding of employment laws, health and safety regulations, and diversity and inclusion strategies
• Ability to leverage HR analytics to drive decision-making and align HR policies with business objectives
