We are partnering with a prestigious new private members' club to find a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their culinary team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef, contributing to their Mediterranean-focused offerings while helping to manage kitchen staff and deliver the highest quality food.

Requirements:

• Proven background in fine dining, or have Michelin training
• Exhibits strong, polished leadership in a fast-paced environment
