Job Title: Restaurant and bar Manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €3,300 - €3,700 gross per month

This unique and trendy restaurant is looking for a restaurant and bar manager in Amsterdam.

To be successful in this position, you need to be a highly skilled and motivated restaurant manager with a strong background in mixology to oversee the restaurant and bar day-to-day operations.

You have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality cocktails, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage the restaurant efficiently.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
• Afinity or previous experience in Italian cuisine
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
• Ability to connect with people and to be part of a team
• Talent to empower the team and promote diversity
• Amazing personality
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
• Leading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Hiring the best staff for the restaurant
• Good at setting up KPI´s and action plans to reach them
• Participating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
• Analysing and responding to guest feedback
• Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
